Stress Mgmt.

Mental and emotional capacities are often neglected, so this type of training content is delivered alongside your physical training. This involves theory and practice applicable both in and out of the gym.

What you'll learn is based on the Mindful Cognitive Behavioral Therapy framework and is the same used by elite special forces trainers to help students be successful in the most difficult selection programs in the world. The key is understanding your personal stress-performance landscape and identifying leverage points for improving it, which we'll work together identify.

Nutritional Guidance

You'll receive a custom nutrition plan with nutrition recommendations, example meals, and a corresponding grocery list.

However, it's hard to overhaul your nutrition in one shot. So, we'll work together to identify the highest leverage changes to make for improving your nutrition and then build upon that in coming weeks.

You are investing in a full partnership with me, so I will do absolutely everything in my power to help you achieve your goal.

I'll check in with you weekly to discuss what's working well, what to adjust, and identify solutions to any barriers or issues with training, nutrition, and recovery.

Consider me your 24/7 support system: I'm only a text or call away at all times whether you have training questions or need real-time nutrition or stress management guidance - I got you. I'll also provide exercise technique feedback either offline (e.g., videos sent over email or Messenger) or over a live call. 

Lastly, I'll add you to a Private Community with group calls, chatter with other members, and regular training advice from me.
